These terms cover use of ArtsLitCult’s event and venue directory and its travel-planning features.

Using the directory

ArtsLitCult helps people discover cultural organizations, events, exhibitions, and places, and plan trips around them. Listings and schedules may come from venue websites, public sources, user suggestions, or automated collection. Information can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always confirm hours, admission, accessibility, cancellations, and event details with the venue before traveling.

Accounts and itineraries

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. You may save trips and stops. If you create a trip share link, anyone who receives that link may be able to view the shared itinerary.

Venue suggestions

Submit only organization details and URLs you have the right to share. By sending a suggestion, you allow ArtsLitCult to review, store, edit for clarity, and display the submitted listing information as part of the directory. Submissions may be declined or removed.

Third-party sites and services

Listings can link to websites operated by venues and other providers. Maps and routing may use third-party services. ArtsLitCult does not control those services, their content, availability, or privacy practices. Opening an external link is your choice and is subject to that provider’s terms.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, misuse accounts or share links, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable law.

Availability and liability

The site and its listings are provided for general informational and trip-planning purposes. To the extent permitted by law, ArtsLitCult makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will remain current. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. The date above shows the latest revision.
